We have been using the PCM remote backup system for three or so years since I realised that more often than not I was forgetting to take the portable disc home. The PCM double off site backup means that for a relatively small monthly payment we have secured our data so even in a worst case total loss scenario we would only lose up to one day of work. Data is irreplaceable so it makes sense to take good care of it.

WOW! From a very brief few words on the phone Lukasz controlled my PC and installed everything I needed and configured it. Then called me back to talk me through the changes. I called for support when my VPN connection wasn't working, and this was fixed straightaway with just a 5 minute phone call, and remote access. Very friendly and effective service, to help me get back to work.
